1 cup Pacific Natural Foods vegetable broth (15cals)
1 serving Pacific Natural Foods almond milk drink (70cals)
1 cup Synergy mango flavored drink (30cals)
1/2 apricot cliff bar (115cals)
My goal for the day is 400 - 450 calories. For dinner I'll probably have a serving of brocoli and green beans.
